Manufacturing & Printing
A 5,000 m² garment workshop and a 3,000 m² printing factory in one industrial park in Jingzhou, Hubei — cutting, sewing, decoration, washing, QC and packing under one schedule.
The facility
Two workshops, one production schedule
Our production park sits in Jingzhou, Hubei: a 5,000 m² garment workshop and, in the same park, a 3,000 m² printing factory. Because the print plant is ours rather than a vendor’s, a garment does not leave the site between being sewn and being decorated.
That single detail is what most of our clients buy. Colour matching, reprints, sampling lead time and quality complaints all stay inside one building with one production manager — instead of being forwarded between a sewing factory and a third-party printer.
- Design, pattern making and fabric sourcing handled by our own team
- Cutting, sewing, printing, washing, QC and packing on one site
- In-house decoration across screen print, DTG, DTF and speciality effects
- Dedicated merchandisers following each order end to end

In-house decoration
Printing is a department, not a subcontract
Most apparel factories send printing out. We do not. Screens are burned, colours are matched and speciality effects are developed in the same building as the sewing lines, which shortens the loop between a sample comment and a corrected print.
Eight decoration routes are available as standard, from a single-colour water-based chest print to all-over DTG and heavyweight puff.

Five checkpoints between fabric and carton
Every order passes the same gates, whether it is a sixty-piece trial or a seasonal bulk run.
Incoming fabric inspection
Shade, handfeel, width and visible defects checked against the approved swatch before cutting.
Pre-production sample
Fit, measurements and construction signed off before bulk; no cutting starts without approval.
First-piece approval
The first garment off the line is compared to the approved sample, including decoration placement.
Inline inspection
Checks continue through running production so a defect is caught on the line, not at the end.
Final random check
Random sampling across sizes for measurements, stitching, print adhesion and packing accuracy.
Shrinkage, fastness, wash
Shrinkage, colour fastness and print wash resistance are tested; test documents can be provided for EU and US market requirements.
