Private label
Your label, your tag, your carton
Private label is where a manufactured garment becomes your product. We produce woven and silicone neck labels, care and composition labels, size labels and paper hang tags, and apply them at the finishing stage.
Brands running several lines can split one order into up to five label sets, so a single production run can cover multiple collections or IPs without a second shipment.

Sampling & order sizes
Start small, then scale on the same lines
Standard sampling lead time once the spec and fabric are confirmed.
Complex decoration samples — heavy puff, flock, reflective or vintage wash.
Trial runs open for first drops and test styles. Confirm the current minimum with your quote.
Artwork, AI mockups, hand sketches and physical reference samples are all accepted as a starting point. If you have none of these yet, tell us the silhouette and we will suggest a base pattern.

What is your minimum order for a trial run?
We keep a low-MOQ sampling and trial channel open for new DTC labels, designers and merch projects, alongside bulk production for seasonal collections. Send us the style, quantity and destination and we will confirm the current minimum for your fabric and decoration.
How long does sampling take?
Standard samples take 3–5 working days. Samples that need complex decoration — heavy puff, flock, reflective or vintage wash — usually take 5–7 days.
Can you work from AI mockups, sketches or a physical sample?
Yes. Our pattern team develops from artwork, AI mockups, hand sketches or a physical reference sample, and we confirm fit and construction with you before bulk production.
Which decoration techniques do you run in-house?
Water-based screen print, plastisol, puff and high-density, flock, reflective print, DTG, DTF and vintage garment wash. Printing sits in our own 3,000 m² facility, so colour matching and re-runs stay inside one schedule.
Do you supply private label and packaging?
Yes. Woven or silicone neck labels, care labels, size labels and hang tags are all available, with up to five label sets in a single order. We also pack neutral, logo-free cartons for blind shipping to overseas warehouses and dropshipping.
How do you control quality?
Five checkpoints: incoming fabric inspection, pre-production sample approval, first-piece approval, inline inspection and final random check. We test shrinkage, colour fastness and print wash resistance, and can share test documents for EU and US market requirements.
Can we see production progress?
A merchandiser follows your order end to end and shares photos and video at key stages — cutting, printing, finished sewing and packing — so your marketing calendar and warehouse bookings stay aligned.
Do you ship worldwide?
We ship from China to destination warehouses and direct-to-consumer fulfilment partners. We quote freight options with your order; duties and import taxes are arranged by the buyer or their forwarder.
